4. Client Work and Deliverables

Ownership and usage rights for client work are defined in each individual contract. Unless otherwise stated:

• Final deliverables are licensed, not sold

• Neat Media House retains the right to use work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes

• Raw files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon

5. Payments and Billing

Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. General terms may include:

• Deposits required before work begins

• Late payments may result in paused or delayed services

• Final deliverables may be withheld until payment is complete

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Revisions and Approvals

Projects include a defined number of revisions as stated in your agreement.

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

• Client approval is required at key stages

• Once approved, changes may be treated as a new scope of work

7. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Scheduling is subject to availability

• Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to fees

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited deposits

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neat Media House shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

• Delays or failures caused by events outside our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Third-Party Platforms

We may use or integrate with third-party platforms such as:

• Social media platforms

• Hosting providers

• Payment processors

We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or outages of these platforms.

10. No Guarantees

While we aim to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee:

• Specific marketing outcomes

• Engagement, reach, or conversions

• Business growth or revenue increases

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are violated

• Payments are not made

• Communication breaks down or becomes unproductive

• Staff are subjected to inappropriate, discriminatory, or abusive behavior

Any work completed up to termination remains billable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
